An estimated 800 homes have been affected by that evacuation area. Rahn says some of those homes do not have power, but P-G-and-E is working to get electricity restored. You are also encouraged to check the homes for any embers that could re-ignite, and if your gas or propane is shut off, don’t turn it back on yourself. Rahn says a lot of progress has been made over the last 24 hours or so..

Containment numbers are up–45 percent for the Cascade Fire, 52 percent for the Lobo Fire, and 89 percent for the McCourtney Fire. The Lobo Fire has burned 829 acres. Their latest ‘fact sheet’ says a total of 217 structures have been destroyed throughout the complex, with 111 of them homes.
