In addition to murder, Johnson says Hayden is also charged with felony child abuse. He declined to give specifics on the injury to the child, nor the age and sex. Hayden must still be extradited from the Washoe County jail. It’s the second murder this month in the county where a suspect must be extradited from Nevada.
