Expired Registration Leads to Arrest

A Grass Valley man and his passenger were both arrested on drug possession charges. Nevada County Sheriff Lieutenant Paul Schmidt says 25 year old Wayne McIntosh of Grass Valley had expired registration on his car when he was spotted by a Deputy. When he was stopped McIntosh admitted to not having registration, insurance or a drivers license. While taking the man into custody,  deputies found suspected drugs.

McIntosh was taken into custody for suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of medication without a prescription and several traffic violations.
