The evacuation over the weekend didn’t last very long, and the Butte County Bomb Squad arrived, removed the explosives, and rendered them safe. Woodbridge says the people who brought them in should have just left them alone and called authorities…

Woodbridge says its also dangerous to touch them. If you encounter something you might think is dangerous, just leave the items alone and call the Forest Service, or call 9-1-1.
