The 2013 Nevada County Fair was one of the most successful fairs in recent history, the Fairgrounds Board reports. Fair officials sent out a letter to the community yesterday, thanking everyone for that support . The fair included more than 72-hundred exhibits, and more than 190 vendors participated. 70 businesses provided fair-related services, such as shuttle rides and special contests. Next year’s fair will be August 6th through 10th. Woods says they’ll begin the process to pick out a theme, as early as next month. Final attendance figures still have yet to be released.
