Fatal Accident Car Into Pond

An unfortunate incident on Sweet Rd near Swenson Ravine Rd southwest of Grass Valley. A car reported in a pond just before 9:00 AM. CHP Officer Justin Barnthouse says the accident involves a fatality.

The accident remains under investigation and CHP are actively working the scene in a rural part of the county.
