A male motorcycle rider died after his 2014 Harley Davidson Motorcycle left the road on Highway 20 and hit a rock causing the bike to overturn. CHP Sgt. Brian Waughan says the accident was reported at 1:10 Sunday afternoon on East-bound Hwy 20 East of Pine Flat way.
The rider was only described as a male in his 50’s. He was from Washington State and had been riding with a group of other motorcycle riders.
The Eastbound lane of Highway 20 was blocked for about an hour and 45 minutes while the collision scene was investigated. Both lanes of Hwy 20 were reopened to normal traffic flow around 2:45 pm.
