Fate of Nevada County’s medical marijuana measures hangs with high court

Can Nevada County’s medical marijuana measures survive a legal challenge? County officials are confident that the ordinances the Board of Supervisors passed in May follow state law.

But Smith agrees that the California Supreme Court will issue the key decision…and wonders why supporters of the Nevada County measures are so confident of the outcome.
