Father of 2 yr. old Accident Victim Praises Local Responders

The father of a two year old child who was injured in a driveway accident  is praising the emergency workers that were involved in caring for his daughter. Brian Bingham says fire fighters, law enforcement, ambulance personnel and hospital staff did a fabulous job in the accident investigation and the treatment of his daughter.

Brian says his daughter was seriously hurt, but is now home and on the mend.

The accident happened February 21 when a vehicle backing down the driveway backed over the child. The child was treated at Sierra Nevada Hospital and then flown to UC Davis Children’s Hospital.
