Feds to Pay For Vast Majority of Sinkhole Repair

If work goes beyond the middle of July, the federal government will still pay about 88 percent of the cost after that date. Kiser says the work probably will stretch into that late July period, but not beyond that-taking advantage of as much of the federal money as possible. It was just over five months ago, January 11, when the ground opened up in the Liberty Motors parking lot.
