Film Festival Announces Lineup, Expansion

The Nevada City Film Festival has announced its lineup for this year, and is also making several other changes. For the first time in its 17 years, it will be a week long-running from September 8 through 15th at several different venues. Festival Executive Director Jesse Locks says they also have a special guest. Bill Nye the Science Guy will be here on Monday September 11…

Over a hundred films will be shown during Festival Week. Also, in addition to venues like the Miners Foundry and Nevada Theater, the festival returns to the Magic Theater, which is undergoing a summer renovation.
