Just four days before the deadline, final results for Nevada County have been posted by the Elections Office. And there are no significant changes, with all three local ballot measures passing. The outcome for Measure B, the bond measure for the Nevada Joint Union High School District, was the one in most doubt until recently. But it did pass, with 55.9% of the votes. It needed 55% support. The other two measures passed by more comfortable margins. Measure A, the library sales tax increase, got 70.7% of the vote, needing 66.7% support. And the public safety measure for Nevada City, Measure C, was approved by 82.4% of the voters.
