Seventy  gold flags were purchased to dress up the downtown for fall along Mill, Main, Neal, South Auburn and Bank Streets. Seven flags were destroyed.  Jordan is asking anyone who might have information to contact the Grass Valley Downtown Association. She says replacing the flags will be expensive.
