A community event that used to be a secret, to add the element of surprise, is now openly advertized to increase participation and support. Coordinator for the Celebrating Families FLASH MOB, Karen Wallack-Eisen, says the FLASH MOB is sponsored by the Family Resource Centers in Grass Valley , Penn Valley, and North San Juan. Wallack-Eisen says dance event is a positive aspect of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
