This is typically the busiest time of year for urgent care clinics, with more people coming in with cold and flu-like symptoms. Ross says they don’t see many people with severe flu symptoms, with most of them visiting the hospital. The Western Sierra Medical Clinic in Grass Valley is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturday.
