Western Sierra Medical Clinic will start making the vaccine available for its patients on October 1st but Eidelson says it’s already available and you should check with your doctor. Eidelson says another very important thing people can do is frequent handwashing, including every time you feel like you may have been touched by someone with the flu or in contact with a surface touched by someone who’s ill.
