Flynn Reports On Punxsutawney Phil

When it comes to predicting the weather, western Pennsylvania’s Ground Hog is reknown as the seer of seers and the prognosticator of prognosticators. KNCO’s Geoff Flynn made the trek to see Punxsutawney Phil, and reports the outlook may be something this area could use.
