A local music store turned 40 years old today (Thursday) and also celebrated as a member of the Greater Grass Valley Chamber of Commerce. Foggy Mountain Music Store, located on Main Street, has been providing musical instruments and sound systems to Nevada County residents and businesses since 1974. Owner Mary-Ellen Sorci says today is special for another reason as well.
