Food Bank Holds Open House

The Food Bank is celebrating a milestone, and they are also inviting you to join the party…

That open house this afternoon from 4 to 7pm at their warehouse.  How are they going to celebrate? With food, of course. There will be barbecued chicken, salad, and lots of goodies–the food all donated. Executive Director Toni Thompson says you’ll also get to see how the Food Bank operates…

The forklift won’t be running, because that might be a little dangerous. The Food Bank warehouse is located at 310 Railroad Avenue behind the 49er Fun Park. In addition to the food and refreshments, entertainment will also be provided.
