Day 4 Reflection… Tempted by street food at Thursday Night Market but didn’t want to spend any more money. Finding myself hungry out of habit in the evenings now.
So here is what remains….
Day 5- This is what remains after Day 4…
- 0 apples (started with three)
- Rice cereal one or two servings
- 1 oz cheese (started with 8 oz used almost over half for sandwiches and hamburger)
- 0 milk (finished)
- bread 3 slices…. Began with 18 slices
- 16 eggs… added two to hamburger dinner
- 0 potatoes
- tuna can
- peanut butter minus four sandwiches (approx half jar remains)
- 0 ground beef
- 0 chicken
- 3/4 box of pasta
Menu Day 5
Breakfast
- 3 scrambled eggs
Lunch
- 2 tuna and cheese sandwiches
- Orange (needed to buy)
- 1 small Apple (needed to buy)
Dinner
- Pasta Carbonara (with Eggs)
- remainder of cheese
- 2 small apples (needed to buy)
I am just about out of food… spent an additional 2 dollars to buy apples and orange… so total spending is now at 23.00 for first five days. Time to shop for weekend and next week. Estimated food remaining:
- 1/2 jar of peanut butter
- 3 oz of pasta
- 13 eggs
