Grass Valley Animal Control officers were able to make contact with a previous owner of the business.

The previous owner has a deadline to relocate the turtles to a more appropriate location and the owner says he will comply as well as clean and prepare the unit for a future business.

Discusting that they would leave the restaurant in that condition to begin with. If people hadn't complained they prob never would have gone back to clean it up!
