The League of Women Voters’ final candidate forum before the June Primary election is tonight, and it features two of the four candidates for Congress. Greg Cheadle, a Republican, and Heidi Hall, a Democrat will be there to answer questions alternating from the audience and the media. Incumbent Republican Doug LaMalfa is in Washington and will not attend, and Schwartz says the League didn’t get a response from the other Democratic candidate Dan Levine. Schwartz says the attendance for the previous candidate forums has been good, but she’s a little concerned about this one…
The forum is tonight at 7 o’clock at the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the Rood Center.
