Bates says Brantley was charged, among other things, with possession of a small amount of fentanyl. Then officers went inside the home and found four other people, including the wanted person, 31-year-old Richard Ryan, who was taken into custody. Among other items found inside the home was a small amount of methamphetamine, five to six pounds of marijuana, a loaded shotgun, and a handgun. The fourth person was not arrested.
