Four Arrests At Drug House In Grass Valley

A suspected drug house has been busted in Grass Valley, with four arrests. Police Sergeant Clint Bates says it started with detectives checking a tip about a possible wanted person inside the home, on East Main Street. Bates says Brantley was charged, among other things, with possession of a small amount of fentanyl. Then officers went inside the home and found four other people, including the wanted person, 31-year-old Richard Ryan, who was taken into custody. Two women living there, 27-year-old Erika Hoefler and 45-year-old Chelsea Cockman, face assorted charges that also include maintaining a drug house…

Among other items found inside the home was a small amount of methamphetamine, five to six pounds of marijuana, a loaded shotgun, and a handgun. The fourth person was not arrested.
