Fouyer and Levine were the only ones nominated for their new positions, and were voted in unanimously by the council. It was also an emotional night for outgoing mayor Dan Miller, who is leaving city government after over 20 years…

Before the new mayor and vice mayor were installed, Miller presented his ‘Mayor’s Award’ to Chamber Co-CEO Robin Galvan-Davies for her work in creating and running the visitor center. Miller himself was presented with several gifts from the council, including a San Francisco Giants jersey, with the name Miller on the back and number 88-his old football number.
