Fran Cole Announces Run for Dist. 4 Supervisor

Nevada County resident Fran Cole announces today her candidacy for Supervisor District 4  in the June 2014 primary Election.  Cole says she decided to run because  voters want and deserve well managed local government and after a legal career in business and finance, during which time she served as chief counsel of investment managment at Charles Schwab, she is prepared for the nuts and bolts of governing.

FranColeCole  is also a director at the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Coalition , volunteer at Sammies Friends, and a former president of the Bear Yuba Land Trust.

Cole lives on McCourtney Road  and has been in the county since 1999.

Hank Weston  currently holds the seat for Supervisor District 4. The District covers  Penn Valley, rough and Ready, Lake Wildwood and the San Juan Ridge.
