Free Sand, Sandbags Available For Upcoming Storm

Rain is on the way, and Grass Valley and Nevada City could see up to three inches of it between tonight and Friday. Because of that, sandbags will be available for those who feel that water night be a problem. You will need to bring your own shovel. They do request that residents only take what they plan to use for protection of their personal property.
