Frequent “Visitor” Arrested Again on Warrant

A frequent visitor to the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility was picked up along with two women riding in the same car late Wednesday night. Grass Valley Police Sgt Joe Matteoni says it all started with a traffic stop on a dark colored Cadillac on Freeman Lane.

This is MacDuff’s third arrest since March of 2013.
