Some police activity in downtown Grass Valley netted a fugitive from out of state. G-V-P-D Lieutenant Alex Gammelgard says they received information from the federal government yesterday afternoon.
Mattson was found.
Witnesses report a man face down in the street being arrested. Gammelgard says the 25 year-old Mattson was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
Gammelgard says Mattson is entitled to a hearing before likely being extradited back to Florida.
