Full Speed Ahead for Holiday Food Distributions

Holiday food distribution for families in Nevada County is in full swing. The Interfaith Food Ministry began holiday distributions on Monday and KNCO caught up with Executive Director, Sue Van Son, Wednesday during Day Two of five distribution dates.

Van Son says that donations have been good but they could use some more to be sure all families are served.

Interfaith is continuing to accept donations to cover the holiday distributions. Both food and monetary donations are appreciated and will help stretch resources.

Interfaith Food Ministry will distribute to their clients two more times- Friday December 19th and Monday the 22nd. There is a special day just for Food Bank of Nevada County clients.
