Fuller Lake Drowning Victim Identified

The body of a man who drowned in Fuller Lake has been recovered. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says deputies are still trying to determine the event that lead up to the man falling over board in his canoe. The Sheriff says the man was heard yelling for help. Sheriff Royal is hopeful that a autopsy will reveal the cause of the man’s death.

The Sheriff says the victims relatives have been notified of his death. The man has been identified as 82 year old John Holt  of Alta Sierra.
