Grass Valley Garbage Rates to Increase

If you live in the Grass Valley city limits, your garbage rate will be going up. The City Council is expected to approve a request tonight from Waste Management to increase rates. City Manager Bob Richardson says this is part of their annual contract…

That’s per week. If approved by the City Council tonight, the new rates would go into effect July 1.
