Gasoline demand also typically retreats as we get into November. The cheapest overall average price in California can once again be found in Yuba City and Marysville, at 2-47 a gallon, according to the latest monthly Triple-A survey. That’s 37-cents lower than the statewide average and 11-cents lower than the second-cheapest average, which is in Chico. The Sacramento average is 2-64.
