Gas Prices Still Flat Locally, Dropping in Valley

Gas prices have been dropping in the Sacramento Valley, but not so much in the foothills. The price for regular at the ARCO A-M-P-M in Grass Valley is two dollars, 99-point-nine cents for the third consecutive week. That station is normally the cheapest in western Nevada County, but a few other stations have dropped slightly lower over the last couple of weeks. The Quick Stop on Hughes Road in Grass Valley was at 2-95-9 for regular this morning, and has been at that price for about a week. You can get gas for under 2-70 a gallon in Sacramento.
