Gas Prices Up For Sixth Straight Week

Gas prices continue to jump locally. The Quick Stop on Hughes Road is probably the place with the cheapest gas in town at three dollars 67-point-nine cents a gallon, but that’s eight cents higher than a week ago. The AM/PM in Grass Valley is at 3-69-9–six cents more than last week. Analysts are saying that the switch to the more expensive summer blend is the main reason. This is the sixth straight week of price increases, and gas prices here are about thirty cents a gallon higher than they were a month ago.
