Gem and Mineral Show this Weekend

The Nevada County Gem and Mineral Society show, Earth’s Treasures, is this weekend at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. Club Past President Lori Woodhall says they will have a lot to look at and do.

One Vendor is bringing a special display, a T-Rex Dinosaur.

She says members of the Gem and Mineral club will be setting up exhibits and demonstrations. and they will have an educational element for children.

She says there are also vendors with items for jewelry making and rock hounding.

The Gem and Mineral Show runs Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.  to 5 p.m.  both days.
