Mill Street will be closed from “high noon” to 8pm Saturday, and from 11am-5pm Sunday, so you can “mosey on down” to chow on a Cornish pastie or sip some sarsaparilla. Jordan says there were a few downtown merchants that expressed concern about the two-day street closure.

All Mill Street businesses will remain open, and will be decorated for the event.
