Goofin Around On the Boat Ramp

That’s me (on the left) and my sister Betty (on the right) goofing around on the Scotts Flat Lake  boat ramp during her recent visit to California (She lives in Des Moines, Iowa.  No boats have been able to launch as the reservoir is shrinking.  The picture shows how bleak the water situation is.    Come on rain!!!!
