One man has been taken into custody following an assult at a downtown hotel shrtly before 11 this morning. the Everheart Hotel was the scene of what was described at a man grabbing the victim by the hair and throwing him to the ground. The suspect left the area heading toward Bennett and E.Main. Captain Rex Marks says the suspect had a knife and initially resisted officers attempts to make contact.*
The suspect was arrested witout incident and witnesses have been questioned, the investigation into the assult continues.
