Grass Valley City Council Candidate Says Change Needed

Patricia Tureaud, a candidate for the  Grass Valley City Council, says a trio of issues led to her seeking public office.

Tureaud recalled running in 2010 for the City Council and finishing just 183 votes short of winning. She says Grass Valley needs a new voice on the council.

Four challengers, including Tureaud, are running in the Nov. 6 election, along with two incumbents.
