Some of that misinformation is that people don’t realize that the ordinance the county is putting on the ballot in June does not affect what happens inside the Grass Valley city limits. Karadunis adds that indoor grows are too expensive. There will be another meeting late next month, which will be in the afternoon, but in the meantime, the city is going ahead with plans to pass a total ban before March 1. The council can then make changes at a later date.
