The Grass Valley City Council is expected to formally approve a medical marijuana ordinance that bans all grows, indoor and outdoor. A community meeting was held January 28 at City Hall and another is planned for later this month to hear what kind of marijuana grows the community would be willing to tolerate. Meanwhile, the plan to put a total ban in place continues, despite passage of a bill that removed a March 1 deadline for cities and counties to have an ordinance in place or be subject to state regulations…
Other items on tonight’s agenda include a wastewater treatment project, and the beginning of the Environmental Impact Review process for the Dorsey Drive Marketplace project. Tonight’s meeting starts at 7pm at City Hall.
