The City Council will discuss the issue at its meeting tonight, and likely go through the first reading of an amended ordinance. In a separate matter, Gammelgard says the city will also look at allowing dogs at public gatherings…

If those ordinances are approved, there would be a second reading, and then would take effect 30 days after that. Tonight’s meeting is at 7 o’clock at City Hall.

Prohibiting smoking on PRIVATE property. So now the city is going to tell people they cannot use a legal product on the personal, private property?
