Grass Valley Man Arrested For Rape During Concert

A Nevada County man is in trouble with the law again regarding an alleged sexual assault. This time, 28-year-old Joshua Myers has been arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department regarding an incident at a concert last Friday night at the Toyota Amphitheater. Howard says the victim became so intoxicated she had to leave the concert and headed to their vehicle in the parking lot…

The victim was passed out during the assault. Myers is charged with rape by intoxication. 15 months ago, he had been arrested by the Nevada County Sheriff’s Department for allegedly raping another woman he met at a local bar, but charges were never filed.
