Grass Valley Man Arrested On Numerous Charges

Royal says Stevens was startled by the deputies and took off running, behind the barn, and into a wooded area. He surrendered just a few minutes later…

Royal says charges against Stevens include being a felon in possession of firearms, committing a felony while on bail, possession of a controlled substance, trespassing after being removed recently, and two misdemeanor bench warrants.
