A Grass Valley man demanding to be admitted to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital was arrested twice in less than 12 hours Monday. Grass valley Police Sgt Steve Johnson says that a 58 year old male was confronting staff when they noticed a fire arm concealed under his jacket.

Security was notified and the man decided to pull out the firearm.

After interviewing witnesses, the man was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and brandishing a weapon.
Several hours later, just after 7:00 PM, the same man made a return appearance at the hospital.

Sgt Johnson says preventative measures were put in place that insured the suspect would not be released again prior to seeing a judge and the issues addressed.
