Grass Valley Man Arrested Yet Again

A 24-year-old Grass Valley man with a criminal history going back a decade has been arrested again, this time in jail. Johnson says Heller has been given a number of opportunities by the justice system to straighten himself out but continues to put the community, as well as officers, at risk.
