Grass Valley Man Arrested Yet Again

A 24-year-old Grass Valley man with a criminal history going back a decade has been arrested again, this time in jail. Police Lieutenant Steve Johnson says the arrest of Michael Heller culminates a three-month investigation and involves numerous charges. That includes a number of vehicle thefts…

Johnson says Heller has been given a number of opportunities by the justice system to straighten himself out but continues to put the community, as well as officers, at risk.
