Royal says the officers had no significant injuries. He says a search of Sanchez also turned up a bottle of hydrocodone, a prescription drug that’s often illegally abused to get high. Sanchez was transported to the hospital, where he was treated and released for a head contusion, and then booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
