Grass Valley Man Gets 15 Years For Raping Teen

Sentencing had been scheduled for April but had been delayed, due to coronavirus restrictions at the courthouse that have been in place for around two months. Walsh says there’d been some concern about Ramirez being out on bail regarding such crimes and was glad there were no further delays, like there have been for so many other cases.
