Grass Valley Man Hurt Rearends Concrete Truck

A Grass Valley man has been treated and released, after the CHP says he caused a rear-end collision over the weekend with his car. Tassone says all lanes of that stretch of the freeway had to be closed for abourt 10 to 15 minutes, while the accident was cleared off the road.
