Grass Valley Man Hurt Rearends Concrete Truck

A Grass Valley man has been treated and released, after the CHP says he caused a rear-end collision over the weekend with his car. Officer Greg Tassone says the driver of a fully-loaded concrete mixer truck was going at about 40 miles an hour on a steep grade, northbound on the Golden Center Freeway, near the Dorsey Drive overpass, early Saturday morning…

Tassone says that caused the driver of the car, 37-year-old Christopher Yarborough of Grass Valley, to spin out of control and strike the concrete center divider…

Tassone says all lanes of that stretch of the freeway had to be closed for abourt 10 to 15 minutes, while the accident was cleared off the road.
