Grass Valley Man Reappointed By Governor

Costantino was also a climate change planning manager and legislative analyst at the State Air Resources Control Board, from 2000 to 2010, as well as an air pollution engineer at the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District, from 1992 to 2000. Compensation for being on the Water Quality Board is 100 dollars per diem.
